This has become our go-to restaurant without question. We’ve been three times and every visit has been outstanding—the salmon is perfectly cooked, the fillets are phenomenal, and the Wagyu burgers are unreal. The wine selection is the only one in town I truly enjoy, the Casamigos Blanco margaritas are a favorite, and the pistachio crust cheesecake is unforgettable. Add in an incredible staff, a wonderful owner, and the exact vibe we were looking for, and this place is a total standout.

I was familiar with the ownership group and their other establishments in the Indy area. Had heard great things about Carnegie’s and decided to drop in for lunch and a drink. Roasted red pepper soup and the Parmesan crusted tenderloin were fantastic! Foxy Old Fashion is my go to, but the other drinks were intriguing. Will definitely be back for more.

I went for dinner and had the smothered chicken! The food was great and the drinks were nice and strong, but nothing topped our waitress. She was such a people person, quick, efficient, and made the whole experience. I will be back to see Autumn again! ❤️

We decided to try Carnegie's for Valentine's Day. It is a beautiful restaurant offering a smaller intimate space and hinting at the building's 115 year historical origination. Carnegie's is much more of an experience. We had fantastic shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were very meaty, and the sauce gave a healthy, but not overbearing, flavor of horseradish. The beef medallions were great. They were cooked to perfection and radiated red wine flavors. The salmon was also a perfect medium and was quite enjoyable. The potatoes and green beans also tasted fresh and were quite good. My only slight qualm was that we did not get presented the specials. I had heard another server explain them to a nearby table after our orders were already submitted, and I would have ordered the filet special. That being said, everything was still fantastic.

First time at Carnegie's in years and it did not disappoint. The new ownership has made some great updates to the menu and the venue. Everyone was amazing! The service was outstanding, the drinks were great and the food was incredible. I highly recommend saving room for the Pistachio Cheesecake! Tammy was the best!! She was so much fun and took such great care of us!! Well worth the 45 min drive.

The vibe in the basement of the Carnegie was cozy, moody, romantic, upscale. My waitress Sophia was wonderful- friendly, attentive. First I ordered the roasted red pepper bisque. It was recommended by the manager, Justin. He explained the recipe was a favorite before the owners changed hands so it was kept on the menu. It was smooth and flavorful, and did a great job preparing my tastebuds for the main course. I ordered the grilled salmon on Sophia’s recommendation. It was delicious. The rice was cooked well, the grilled zucchini & mushrooms were great compliments. Justin spent time with me between courses, sharing the history of the building the Carnegie sits in. And the creme brûlée, I mean…amazing. With that hard caramelized top layer that introduces you to the smooth, creamy vanilla custard underneath. I’ll definitely suggest the Carnegie the next time I have guests in town.

Literally fantastic. I cannot tell you how excited we were when we heard that the guy from Foxgardin had bought Carnegie’s. As a Greenfield local, we are stuck in a town of chain restaurants and fast food with maybe 1-2 decent locally owned places (Griggsbys, Wooden Bear). We are happy to travel for the good stuff, and Foxgardin in Fortville had become a fave of ours. We tried Carnegie’s tonight for the first time since they reopened (a week ago), and I can’t say enough great things. It far exceeded our expectations. The decor and ambiance was excellent. They did a really nice job with it. Upscale and classy, but not too crazy by any means. The servers and staff were SO lovely and professional. The service was QUICK. Almost too quick. I would’ve been more than happy savoring each dish a little longer (but not a complaint haha). Now to the food. The food was next level. Literally nothing in Greenfield even comes close to the quality and diversity on this menu. We tried the stuffed chicken, the waygu burger, and the steak wrapped asparagus for dinner. Literally incredible. Could not fault. The only thing I might add to the burger was a tomato and lettuce but that’s just my personal preference. We also somehow felt like we had room and had to try the desserts even though we were completely full. The crème brûlée was insane. Delightful, literally. Couldn’t be happier to have this place in our hometown. What a gem. Great work, Carnegie’s! We are stoked you’re here.

All I have to say is WOW!!! My husband and I went for the first time tonight because we are moving and we wanted to have a nice dinner before we leave. Carnage made our last meal in Greenfield one to remember! The food and service were superb!! Justin, who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, Autumn, was amazing. When I called to confirm our reservation and that we were celebrating our last night in GF, the entire staff signed a card for us wishing us safe travels. It truly blew us away!!

Tammy was absolutely phenomenal. Her service is unmatched. She spent a significant amount of time at our table on a Friday night. In addition to this, the chef stopped by our table - again, on a busy Friday night The food, drinks, and service was unmatched and we are so happy to no longer need to drive downtown or to the north side for quality food and experience.

This was our first time here. We are big fans of the Fox family restaurants, so we knew going in we would not be disappointed. And we absolutely were not disappointed. Excellent atmosphere, service, food, and drinks. All of the staff are very friendly and very attentive. I got the filet and my husband got the sirloin. Both cooked perfectly to our liking. There’s outdoor seating as well and then around the side of the building there is another area that is outdoors and covered with a bar that serves pizza. If you haven’t been here yet and you’re in the area, you should try it out!
